About us

Who we are, what this site is for, and how it pays for itself.

AI Worth Knowing is a small independent publication about how it works, in the world, limits & risks. Every piece here starts from a question a reasonable person might ask and tries to answer it completely enough to be useful.

What we cover

The site is organised into 5 sections:

  • How It Works — The mechanics underneath, described without equations or hand-waving.
  • In The World — Where these systems are already deployed, and what changed when they were.
  • Limits & Risks — What the technology cannot do, and the failures that follow from assuming it can.
  • History — How the field got here, including the parts that did not work.
  • Jargon — One term at a time, defined properly enough to argue with.

Concepts, mechanisms and consequences. Not how-to — that is Prompt After Prompt. Keeping the remit narrow is deliberate; a title that covers everything covers nothing well.

How we work

Our standard is simple: a piece should be accurate, it should be complete enough to act on, and it should be honest about its own limits. An article that leaves out the awkward part is not finished.

Our full editorial policy sets out how pieces are researched, reviewed and corrected.

How this site is funded

We pay for this with advertising. It is worth being plain about what that does and does not mean — advertisers have no say in the editorial, they see nothing before you do, and no article here is paid placement. Anything that ever is will say so at the top.

Who publishes it

AI Worth Knowing is published by Yadav Content Studio, a business owned and run by Akshay Yadav, registered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It has been publishing since 2023.

The registered address appears on our contact page and in our terms and conditions. The quickest way to reach the editorial desk is the form on the contact page, or editorial@aiworthknowing.fun.
